Individual Therapy
I provide clients a safe, empathic, therapeutic space that is non-pathologizing and non-judgmental in which you can identify, articulate, and experience your vulnerabilities at a pace that is comfortable for you yet challenging enough to facilitate change. I believe that seeking lasting change is derived and internally motivated from within your core being.
We will unpack “old narratives”, challenge long held beliefs and conditioning that no longer serve you well in your present life. With this increased self-awareness, we will then develop tools that lend to new positive ways of being.
As part of the therapeutic process, we will identify and collaborate on your goals. I will also welcome and be receptive to your feedback, make adjustments accordingly, and be mindful of our progress toward meeting those goals.
